Care Instructions

For our meticulously crafted items, including centerpieces, vases, candle holders, and personal glassware, we provide special care instructions to ensure their longevity. Please handle these pieces with care, opting for gentle "HAND WASH" only. Avoid soaking them, and refrain from using the dishwasher, as these delicate creations deserve the tender touch of handwashing to maintain their beauty and quality over time. Your attention to these care instructions will ensure the lasting elegance of your cherished pieces.

Refunds/Exchanges Policy

All our sales are final.

Refund Exceptions: Exceptions are if any items were damaged upon arrival. You must show proof within 1 day of delivery and have 7-days to return the item. We will notify you when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded or given a credit to use towards your next purchase.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us within 24h if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
